Golden Nugget Ultimate Football Challenge Back again in 2020, entrants can compete in the only combined college and pro football handicapping contest, the Ultimate Football Challenge at the Golden Nugget. Picks can be made from pro and college football sides. An unlimited number of contestants are allowed to enter for $1,000 each (cash only).

In 2020, the Westgate Las Vegas SuperContest will add new quarterly bonuses to the competition, awarding prize money to those who finish in first ($100,000), second ($25,000) and third ($10,000) place. In 2017, two new bonuses had debuted paying out the top contestant(s) after the first four and eight weeks in addition to the Mini Contest, which paid out $15,000 to the contestant(s) who picked the most winners over the last 3 weeks of the season. Those will be replaced by the quarterly bonuses.

The Westgate SuperBook also previously added a high-stakes, winner-take-all version called SuperContest Gold with a $5,000 entry fee in 2017 (our client Stag Capital won it that year – see photo on right). SuperContest Gold has all the same rules as the original SuperContest, including number of weekly picks (5) and deadlines. The only differences are the higher entry fee, one winner awarded 100% of the pot and limited to one entry.

In 2018, the SuperContest started paying out the Top 100 for the first time ever.

In 2016, an 8% administrative fee began being taken from the winnings by the SuperBook, making the total pot worth 92% of total entry fees.

In 2015, the cash prize pool payouts increased to the Top 50 for the first time ever (Top 30 in 2014) and then jumped to the Top 100 in 2018.

1. Golden Nugget Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse anyone entry into the Promotion, in its sole and absolute discretion.
2. Promotion is limited to participants 21 years of age or older with proof of age that Golden Nugget Las Vegas, acting in its sole and absolute discretion, deems appropriate.
3. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
5. Winners must show their valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) in order to collect prize. If winner is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport, consular identification or alien registration card is required.
6. Winners agree to grant Golden Nugget Las Vegas unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions / advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice review, or further consent.
7. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees.
8. All tax laws foreign and domestic apply. Winners must show a valid ID to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Golden Nugget Las Vegas which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Golden Nugget Las Vegas reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion
16.
