WHAT IS THE 600 SERIES PLASTIC CARD COUNTER MACHINE PROCESS?
These steps outline how the Spartanics’ 600 series plastic cards function and count cards:
- Turn on the machine and the machine will do an initial pass to get ready to count the material you are counting
- If you are counting cards, we recommend you measure a card using the dial indicator
- Once you have the size of the card, you will have to adjust the sensor on the machine
- Then place the cards in the machine
- Push the count button
- Then the machine will go through two passes and display the number of cards on the screen

Our 600 series card counting machines are capable of counting cards with unique characteristics. The machines can count cards that are embossed, and they are also capable of counting both light and dark materials.
